Yes. Our Norway facilities run on 100% renewable energy, so your miners are powered responsibly.

We install, configure, host and maintain your miners, and provide the electricity, networking, cooling and facilities to keep them running. Routine maintenance such as reboots is included. Non-routine work, like replacing parts, is billed separately at €125/hour plus parts at cost +20%, always agreed with you first. See full hosting details →

Once your miners arrive at our facility, installation and set-up is typically completed within 4–11 working days, depending on capacity and scheduling.

A security deposit of roughly two months of hosting is required before your miners go live. It's based on your total power use, hosting fee and rack fees, and is recalculated each time you add machines. Use our hosting fee calculator → to estimate your costs.

Hosting is billed monthly and payable within 7 days, by bank transfer. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% per month charge and a storage fee; prolonged non-payment can lead to suspension of service as set out in the agreement.

Your kWh rate is fixed for your term. Fees may only be adjusted annually in line with the European Consumer Price Index to account for inflation; any other change is announced at least 30 days in advance.

We target 95% power availability. If we repeatedly fall short of that target, you have the right to terminate the contract under the terms of the agreement.

When spot electricity prices spike above your threshold, we may briefly pause machines to protect your economics. This isn't counted as downtime, and you can request a higher curtailment threshold if you'd rather keep running through the peaks.

Always. You retain full ownership of your hardware and your mining pool credentials — we never ask for your pool passwords. We also won't relocate your machines between facilities without giving you advance notice.

After the initial term, either side can end the agreement with 90 working days' written notice. If no notice is given, it renews automatically for one more year on the same terms.

The hosting agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Homb Cloud FZ-LLC is registered.
